I'm back!!! I've had internet issues and had to get another modem installed which is why you haven't heard from me in a couple of days. Additionally, I haven't been feeling well - so maybe my internet crash was just a way for me to actually rest and put the computer down. I'm just now starting to feel back to myself and Time Warner just left - so let's get started!
Sooo...how was your weekend? As you know I went to Atlanta and had a great time (eventhough I got sick on Sunday). Despite the heat, I learned that I really love Atlanta - the vibe, the food, the shopping, the eye-candy were....fantastic, and refreshing. I can't wait to go back already - there's so much to do and see, we simply needed more time! One of the things we did get to do on the day we got there was went to see Sex and the City - and I loved it! Did I love it as much as the first movie? No, but I still thought it was very good, and hilarious. For those who haven't seen it yet, it's a must see for sure - if for nothing else than the fabulous Liza Minnelli wedding scene and of course all of the fashion and decor that fills every second of this film. Below are a few pics of Big and Carrie's apartment {via}that I paired perfectly with some sh-mazing Louboutin shoes. Take it in and - enjoy!
{I love the bright mustard painting combined with the navy couch and heather gray armchairs. The pop of yellow is fantastic...and that retro coffee table - ugh!}
{Oh the closet!!! Was is as fabulous as the closet in the SATC1, beck no - but it's still amazing, don't ya think?}
{Love love love the blue/pewter/gunmetal kitchen tile!}
{The dining room and kitchen combination is lovely - I like the pairing of patterns and textures — this room simply works!}
{I love little intimate seating areas - and this space with art deco chairs and traditional patterns makes this little nook so cozy}
Again, if you haven't seen the movie yet - grab a couple of girlfriends, put on some heels and enjoy! You won't be disappointed, promise!
Well I'm off to lay it back down, hope the rest of your day is lovely!
I want that dining room chandelier! Right now.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked the movie too - the reviews tore it up but I thought it was good!
