{Weekend Plans}

Happy Birthday To Me ~ Happy Birthday To Me ~
Happy Birthday To Meeee ~ Happy Birthday To Me!!
Yellow Balloons
Today is my birthday {if you haven't noticed} and usually I don't make a big deal out of it, but for some reason this year I'm really excited to have a day {weekend really} to reflect on all of the great things that have happened to me this past year and then celebrate all of the things that are yet to come.

I don't have any set plans on how I'm going to celebrate this weekend ~ but after the last two weeks I welcome anything that is low key and completely chill. Each year I always pamper myself with a fabulous present {don't we all} and I know for sure I want to get a watch that I've been eyeing for months now...but my other gift to myself is joining Weight Watchers tomorrow. Now I usually wouldn't share something so personal, but I feel by putting it out in the open and talking about it, it will help me stay focused and accountable. So as I travel down this difficult road of a healthier body and life, if you have any words of encouragement, tips, healthy recipes, anything to share - I welcome them all with opened arms. Stay tuned for my gripes and moans, successes and milestones, and slowly...a new transformation ~ inside and out!

So cheers to me and my new journey! For any and every candle that I blow out this weekend, my wish is this time next year my body and mind will be transformed and when I look into the mirror I will say - I DID IT and {in my Billy Crystal voice say} you...look...fabulous!
