I think it's pretty safe to say that the chambray shirt has officially moved from a “trend” item to the new basic. It can literally be worn with just about anything - I wear mine with leggings, black jeans, white jeans (any colored jeans - really), skirts, over my dresses, thrown under a sweater with the sleeves rolled…and I could go on.
