It was good. My biggest piece of advice is to make sure that your butcher cuts them correctly--into small pieces. This really allows for the marination and easy eating. Thanks for the recipe and the health advice--I'm working on it. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-915301964978860257.post-38831822024860930722012-01-03T19:15:37.987-05:002012-01-03T19:15:37.987-05:00Hello Anonymous - please let me know how it turns ...Hello Anonymous - please let me know how it turns out, I plan to make it this weekend! In my opinion fitting this meal into a plan is simple - watch your portions and do some activity before or after. I am on Weight Watchers and a meal like this for me would be about 12 points (I get 29 a day), a little higher than I spend on dinner. So in order to plan for it in advance, I make sure I know how many additional points I have for the rest of day and plan accordingly. In the end it's about being able to still enjoy the foods we love - just have to watch your portions!!! :-) Enjoy!Jessica at six eighty eighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00566571246172956280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-915301964978860257.post-52122073761537546242012-01-03T18:05:07.567-05:002012-01-03T18:05:07.567-05:00I'm loving this and making it tonight. Just on...I'm loving this and making it tonight. Just one question though: how do we factor in meals like this with the workout/eating plan?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
